California residents may request to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about them. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of; we honor Global Privacy Control signals regardless.

How to Submit a Request

We will verify your identity by matching information you provide against our records. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (we may extend once by up to 45 more days and will tell you why). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.

Exceptions

Information we must keep by law (for example, mortgage application records) or that is subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or the California Financial Information Privacy Act is not covered by these rights. See our Privacy Policy.
