Equal Housing Opportunity
We are committed to the letter and spirit of the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, familial status, disability, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), source of income, receipt of public assistance, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Not a Commitment to Lend
Nothing on this website is a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. All loans are subject to credit and underwriting approval and property valuation. Not all applicants will qualify. Rates, terms, programs and fees are subject to change without notice. Any rate, payment or cost figure shown is for illustration only; contact us for terms that apply to your situation.
Home Equity and Refinance
Your home is the collateral for any mortgage or home equity loan. If you do not make your payments as agreed, you could lose your home. Refinancing may increase the total finance charges over the life of the loan.
Reverse Mortgages
A reverse mortgage is a loan. Interest and fees are added to the balance, so the amount owed grows and home equity decreases over time. Borrowers must continue to pay property taxes, homeowners insurance and maintenance, and must live in the home as their primary residence; failure to do so can result in the loan becoming due. HUD-approved counseling is required before applying for a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM). The loan generally becomes due when the last borrower permanently leaves or sells the home or passes away. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by HUD, FHA or any government agency.
Government-Backed Loans
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. FHA, VA and USDA programs are subject to their own eligibility rules.

You have the right to receive a Loan Estimate within three business days of applying, to shop for services where permitted under RESPA, and to receive a copy of any appraisal. You may file a complaint with the California Department of Real Estate or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (consumerfinance.gov/complaint).
