Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Monarch Capital Funding (“we,” “us”) operates this website in association with Promise Home Loans, Inc., the licensed mortgage company through which loans are arranged. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers information collected through this website only. If you apply for a mortgage with us, the Financial Privacy Notice below also applies.

Information We Collect

  • Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, the type of loan you are interested in, your message, and appointment details you choose.
  • Consent records: when you opt in to marketing emails or calls/texts, we record the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and your IP address.
  • Automatic information: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and the campaign link (UTM tags) that brought you here. This is collected through server logs and a first-party session cookie.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or other sensitive financial details through the website forms. We will collect those only through a secure application process.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiries, schedule appointments and provide mortgage services.
  • To send marketing emails only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and you can also use our unsubscribe page.
  • To call or text you only if you agreed to that on our form, or as permitted by law.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Who We Share Information With

Information you submit is shared with Promise Home Loans, Inc., which is responsible for processing loan applications and for the privacy of information collected in connection with a loan, and is also subject to its privacy notice. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our email platform (Brevo), website hosting provider, and, if you proceed with a loan, lenders, investors, credit bureaus, appraisal, title and escrow companies, as needed to process your request. We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

Loan Applications

If you choose to apply, you will be directed to Arrive, a third-party secure application and document platform. Information you enter there is collected and handled under Arrive's terms and privacy policy and the Financial Privacy Notice below, not through this website.

Cookies and Tracking

This site uses a first-party session cookie needed for forms and security. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this policy and provide a consent control. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals because we do not track you across other websites. Because we do not sell or share personal information, Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals require no additional action, but we treat them as a valid opt-out request.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.

Retention and Security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal record-keeping requirements (for mortgage records, generally several years). We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; request deletion; request correction; opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither); limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it beyond what is necessary to provide our services); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. See Your Privacy Choices for how to submit a request. These rights do not apply to information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or the California Financial Information Privacy Act, such as information collected in connection with a loan application.

Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial information (loan interest), internet activity (pages viewed, campaign tags), and consent records. Shine the Light: we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Financial Privacy Notice (GLBA & California)

If you apply for or obtain a mortgage through us, we collect nonpublic personal information such as your income, assets, credit history, Social Security number and property information from you, your lenders, credit bureaus and other sources. We share this information only as needed to process and service your loan, as required by law, or with your consent. We do not share your nonpublic personal information with affiliates or non-affiliates for their marketing purposes. Under the California Financial Information Privacy Act we will not share your nonpublic personal information with non-affiliated third parties without your consent except as permitted by law. A complete model privacy notice will be given to you at or before the time you apply for a loan.

Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
